You can totally edit it yourself after they hand it over. They use their own builder, which is pretty easy to figure out for basic changes.

Yeah, you get access to their editor. It's not as complex as Wix maybe, but good enough for updating text or adding images. If you want full design control, it's not really that, but for maintenance it's fine.
